To kick off, I released the following models:
March 2016: Advanced Sample Project - 3d Revit Model
March 2017: Advanced Sample Project - 2d Revit Model
May 2017: Advanced Sample Project - 3d Revit Model
June 2017: Advanced Sample Project - 2d Revit Model
I’ve been very happy with the results, and the feedback has been extremely positive (and a lot of fun)! I’ll be continuing to produce more free model resources, including a source-integrated Revit rendering of the project. If you have interest in this topic, be sure to stay tuned!
I still have a lot of thoughts and ideas to share, but I am working on a blog post to outline some of the things I noticed and things that set my Revit experience apart from those other students and professional architects I have worked with.
In total, I have released the following:
The Revit 2019 Advanced Sample Project - A4 Version , a free download

I have also been working on a more extensive model of a complex, similar to the advanced sample project, but more complete and a bit more detailed. That model is also designed as a demonstration of the engineering aspect of Revit, but with a focus on the modeling of a multi-level building. This model is in the process of being released as the
It is a partial implementation of the advanced sample project, with only the exterior envelope and some other elements filled out. The building point cloud serves as a reference for rendering, and there are options to run both the point cloud and the building point cloud in the Inspector in real time.
While the model is not complete, it shows the range of features and scenarios that Revit is capable of, and demonstrates how they can be modeled using Revit. Future plans are to add more detailed interior and equipment data, and more physics modeling. 827ec27edc
